It gathers a team of professionals with a significant track record in corporate finance: yourCFO assists corporations in decision-making processes.
Managers and entrepreneurs are continuously facing a complex and dynamic business environment: this makes finance and administration critical functions in modern business.
Timeframe
January 2016 to January 2017. Employment type: contract.
Achievements
✔ +80% positive sentiment in 12 months (measured in brand mentions);
✔ +60% subscriptions in the first year.
Main activities performed
Managed social media editorial plan, blog, newsletter and sales material;
Managed the group’s digital marketing strategy (SEO and SEM included), PR and communications.

Company's video presentation
A good marketer should create great content in a cost effective way.
Actually, I created this company's video presentation with only a mobile phone (Sony Xperia Z5) and a Rode microphone for cell phones.
The yourGROUP logo
I was asked to design the logo of the holding company: yourGROUP. It gathers four business units: yourHR, yourCFO, yourCEO and yourDIGITAL.
Although each business unit features the same tree as a common pattern, each logo is characterized by a specific color. yourGROUP's logo puts together all their colors.
This logo is also functional. In case they decide to start more business units, it can be updated by using different colors for its leaves or adding new ones.
Interviews with the executives
Along the way, I had the opportunity to interview two important executives in the Italian business panorama. In 2017, when my Chick'n'Mango project was still running, I seized an exclusive chat with Alessandro Giudice and Raffaele Gaito.
Alessandro Francesco Giudice became managing partner of yourCFO Consulting Group UK in 2019 and I interviewed him about a modern form of entrepreneurship called "light company".
yourCFO Consulting Group itself is a light company, a business with a flat structure, vertical competences and low costs thanks to the outsourcing of all the non-core functions.
Raffaele Gaito is considered the father of growth hacking in Italy and is also a partner of yourDIGITAL, one of the business units of yourGROUP.
