British Council is the United Kingdom’s international organization for cultural relations and educational opportunities. Among the many social and educational services it provides, there is the IELTS (International English Language Testing System).
IELTS is the world's most popular English language test for higher education and global migration. The British Council offers this test and preparation courses in its centers throughout the world.

I attained my IELTS certification on 24th March 2018, reaching a C1 level according to the CEFRL (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
The C1 level is only second after the C2.
