C1 is the second-highest level of English proficiency, indicating advanced fluency and strong command of academic and professional English.

This is Alberto Carniel's IELTS (International English Language Testing System) certificate. He attained a C1 level according to the CEFRL (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
