Storia is an international social multimedia publishing platform that empowers members of its community to share thought-provoking content. Its goal is to entertain, inform and challenge.
The main feature of Storia is represented by the possibility to download and subscribe to its mobile app and write captivating and compelling articles directly from a cell phone.
DIGITAL DIRECTOR USA
I worked for this San Francisco (CA, U.S.A.) multinational company from October 2017 to January 2018. I was the Digital Director for the United States market and our office was based in New York City.
I had many strategic and operational responsibilities. I had to set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies for the company’s multimedia platform.
I edited and improved the SEO of all content on Storia’s website and social media channels. This also allowed me to improve Storia USA’s website traffic and visibility.
I had to track, monitor and report on Google Analytics, online reviews and feedback.
I usually worked with editors to promote video, image and text content for all of Storia’s social media accounts. And it also required a fast response in case of comments and user queries/issues.
I organized and participated in events that built communities and boosted brand awareness. In addition, I coordinated with Storia’s global marketing, PR and communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
I also created, developed and built relationships with relevant bloggers, influencers, customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists.
