In this chapter of my #WorkExperience series, I’ll share my role as an Amazon PPC Manager at Sophie Society, a global Amazon growth agency I joined in December 2023.
About Sophie Society

Sophie Society is a performance marketing agency headquartered in New Jersey, with a fully remote team scattered across the globe. The agency helps e-commerce brands thrive on Amazon by driving traffic (through PPC, product launches, and promotions) and increasing conversions (via listing optimization, branded content, and photo/video production).
MY ROLE
📍 Position: Amazon PPC Manager
📍 Timeframe: December 2023 – December 2024 (Freelance, Full-Time)
📍 Location: Remote – King of Prussia, PA
As Amazon PPC Manager, I’ve been responsible for:
Leading the performance and scalability of a diverse portfolio of Amazon brands.
Managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.
Executing data-driven PPC strategies and providing full-funnel growth guidance both on and off Amazon.
This means I’m not just tweaking bids—I’m helping brands scale smart, from day-to-day campaign management to big-picture strategy.
Notable Wins
🏆 Top 1% of Amazon advertisers globally (yep, we’re that good).
📈 Revenue growth between 100% and 1,000% in 90 days for several clients, including:
Wellora: +945% sales in 3 months, with an Amazon Choice badge earned within the first two weeks.

Senwosa: From $1,000 to $30,000/month in sales with ACoS under 30%.
Thanks to the PPC management and guidance of Philipp Isenmann and Alberto Carniel, Senwosa scaled its sales from $1,000 to $30,000 while keeping ACoS below 30%. Tigrett and Idyllic Grace: Scaled profitably through tailored PPC and launch strategies.
Tech Stack
🛠️ Advertising & Automation: Amazon Ads, Helium 10, AdLabs
🧰 Project Management: Asana, Slack
📊 Reporting: Google Looker Studio, Google Sheets
🎨 Creative Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere
📁 Admin: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office.
This experience has been a fast-paced, data-hungry, results-obsessed ride—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
If you’re an Amazon brand looking for serious growth (or just want to geek out over CTRs and ACoS), hit me up.
